The JBC HDE-2E Heavy Duty Soldering Station is the most powerful soldering unit in the JBC range. It is designed for soldering applications that require large amounts of heat, such as heavy cables, connectors, large ground planes and other demanding mechanical soldering tasks.
The station incorporates JBC’s Most Efficient Soldering System, ensuring rapid heat recovery and stable temperature control even during high thermal load applications.
The system includes the T470F heavy duty handle with thermal insulator grip, providing comfortable handling and improved safety when working at high temperatures.
Heavy Duty Performance
The powerful SMPS power supply inside the HDE control unit provides high efficiency and fast thermal recovery. This allows the station to maintain stable soldering temperatures even when working with large thermal masses.
The station is compatible with the C470 cartridge range, which offers a wide variety of tip geometries for heavy-duty soldering applications.
Professional Workstation Setup
The included HDS stand provides a complete tip cleaning system and allows quick cartridge exchange during operation.
The station also includes the SCH cartridge holder, allowing up to 16 cartridges or tips to be stored close to the workstation.
