The JBC SF-210VB Automatic Solder-Wire Feeder allows solder wire to be fed automatically from any position, improving consistency and efficiency during soldering operations.
The station is supplied with the GSF10V guide kit for Ø1.0 mm solder wire and is compatible with solder diameters from Ø0.38 mm up to Ø1.8 mm when using the corresponding solder wire guide kits.
The feeder includes JBC’s solder wire perforation system, which creates a small perforation in the solder wire during feeding. This improves flux flow and outgassing, reducing solder splashing and preventing Foreign Object Debris (FOD) during the soldering process.
The included SF280 automatic solder-wire handle provides ergonomic operation and precise wire feeding directly to the soldering point.
Working Modes
The SF-210VB offers three operating modes for flexible soldering processes:
- Continuous mode – constant wire feeding
- Discontinuous mode – controlled wire feed cycles
- Program mode – configurable dispensing speed and wire length for automated soldering sequences
These modes allow the operator to adapt the feeding process to different soldering tasks and production environments.
